Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026

This policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions of Tender Radar and Spec Sheet Normaliser, sold by Priyank Rajput through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Both products are free during their beta, so nothing is charged until Pro billing starts.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Dodo customer portal. The link is in the receipt email Dodo sends after each payment.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the product returns to its free version.
If you cannot find the portal link, email us and we will cancel it for you.

2. Refunds on a new subscription

If you are not happy with Pro, you can have a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription if you ask by email within 7 days of that payment. No reason is needed. The refund is processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The license key stops working once the refund is issued.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

4. How to request a refund

Email darpan1871@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request".
Include the Dodo order ID from your receipt email, and the email address you paid with.
We reply to confirm, and Dodo Payments issues the refund to your original payment method.
