Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 October 2026

These terms apply to Tender Radar and Spec Sheet Normaliser ("the products"), including their free and Pro versions. By installing or using a product, or buying Pro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

1. Who we are

The products are made and sold by Priyank Rajput, a sole proprietor based in Delhi, India ("we", "us"). Contact: darpan1871@gmail.com.

• Tender Radar is a Chrome extension that finds bids on India's Government e-Marketplace (GeM) matching your keywords, reads key fields from bid PDFs and, in Pro, sends them to your Google Sheet, reminds you of deadlines and adds calendar events.
• Spec Sheet Normaliser is a web app and Chrome side-panel extension that compares battery storage and solar module datasheet PDFs in one normalised table.

2. Licence to use the products

We grant you a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products in line with these terms. The free version may be used at no charge. Pro features may be used while you hold a valid, paid license key. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense or redistribute the products, or remove their notices, except as the law allows.

3. Accounts and license keys

• The products have no user accounts with us. Pro is switched on with a license key, which is emailed to you after purchase and entered in the product.
• One key is for one purchaser. A key can be active in up to 2 browsers or devices at a time. You can remove a key from one browser to activate it in another.
• Keys are non-transferable and must be kept private. You are responsible for any use of your key.
• For Spec Sheet Normaliser, Pro is priced per seat: each person using Pro needs their own key.
• A key that is refunded, cancelled at the end of its paid period, disabled for breach of these terms, or charged back stops working.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro is sold as a subscription. Current prices are shown on the pricing section: Tender Radar Pro is ₹299 per month and Spec Sheet Normaliser Pro is $19 per month per seat.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment, charges any applicable taxes such as GST, and issues the invoice. Your payment is also subject to Dodo's own terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Dodo customer portal link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
• If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we announce it on this site, and you may cancel before then.

5. Beta status and no warranty on extracted values

• Both products are currently in beta and are free during the beta. Features may change, and there may be bugs. Tender Radar Pro billing starts after the beta and will be announced on this site two weeks ahead.
• The products read values from PDFs by pattern matching. Extracted values, such as bid end dates, EMD amounts, eligibility criteria or datasheet specifications, may be missing, incomplete or wrong. You must check every value you rely on against the source document (the bid document on GeM, or the manufacturer's datasheet).
• Deadline reminders depend on your browser running and on the date GeM showed when you tracked a bid; GeM often extends dates. Do not rely on reminders as your only record of a deadline.
• The products do not submit bids, place orders or make procurement or purchasing decisions. Those decisions, and their consequences, are yours.
• The products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the products, or modify them, to scrape or send requests to GeM or any other website beyond the products' built-in limits;
• resell, share, publish or give away license keys, or try to get around the license check or the free version's limits;
• use the products against the law, or against the terms of GeM, Google or any other service they work with;
• interfere with or try to break the products or the services they use.

7. Intellectual property

The products, their code, names and design belong to Priyank Rajput, except third-party components used under their own licences (such as pdf.js). Your bid documents, datasheets, keywords, spreadsheets and the data you extract remain yours. GeM, Google and the manufacturers named in datasheets own their own trademarks and content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, bids, contracts or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the products, including from wrong or missing extracted values or missed reminders. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using a product at any time by uninstalling it, and cancel Pro as described above. We may suspend or disable a license key if you breach these terms, for example by sharing or reselling it, with notice by email where reasonable. We may discontinue a product; if we do, we will give notice on this site and refund any unused part of a paid period. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 continue after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the products.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes that affect paid subscriptions take effect from your next renewal after the change is posted. Continuing to use a product after a change means you accept the new terms.
